Free Social Media Icons + Buttons

Hey guys! I finally got the hang of a new program I got for christmas! I decided I would test my knowledge and make some icons and buttons for the blog, but why not share them with ya'll!

I made all these icons and buttons with Affinity for Mac, and I really underestimated this program! I figured it would be a major step down from photoshop or illustrator, I figured I would run into bugs or features that wouldn't be very good, but I was really surprised! It's not photoshop, but for beginners it is a great start for only $50!

Wishlist for Organizing My Desk

Hey gals!  Sorry for the long break from posting... I've been busy with the holidays! I had a great christmas! Hope yall's was just as amazing!

For christmas my mom found a Thomasville Faux Bamboo desk on the side of the road! She took it to get the leg fixed and the drawers.I get to wake up and go paint! :) Yay! I can't wait to share with you all my newest edition to my cluttered room...but with a new desk with more drawers, hopefully I can minimize that! My desk right now is a old, metal, painted thing. It's adorable but somehow the legs were removed from past owners and someone rigged up some new legs, which were a little short...and I'm 5'2" so I believe it was a small child's desk before it reached me. I love the desk it's so vintage and durable but it's heavy and the drawers are deep pits for all my junk to fill...and not in a cute organized way... I could probably spend a weeks worth of time just organizing my desk...only to go back a month later and have to reorganize again!

The Best Exercises For Scoliosis

Hey guys! As I stated in my previous post, I want to give you some ideas for exercises if you have/had scoliosis. Maybe you have scoliosis and want some exercises to try to correct it naturally, or maybe you have had spinal fusion like me. Due to the fact I wasn't able to correct my spine with exercises, the exercises for scoliosis before surgery will be only links, but I have researched to try to find you the best sources. For those of you who are post op scoliosis champions, I will be able to go into more depth as to why some exercises are better than others.

Hey guys! I'm so excited to let give out my FIRST free printable! I hope you like them as much as I do! Use them to plan your posts and get the most out of each one! Print them out and put them in a binder for easy access. I keep all my blogging resources written down in a binder for easy access. I created this planner to help me, hopefully it can help you too!

This is the cover, there is a space for your name.

This is where the magic happens. Use this sheet to plan your post. Plan the date and time to post on social media and send emails to subscribers.

This is for a quick look at this month of blogging, number it off for that month. In your binder you could use tabs to separate each month for a easy way to look back later on.

This will probably be a life saver! I am forever forgetting my passwords to EVERYTHING! If you're as forgetful as me, this might be your most viewed page.

Thanks for downloading! Subscribe for more free downloads in the future! Enjoy!

I used free papers from Free Pretty Things For You, and they are amazing! Check them out here and I also used social media icons from Every Little Polish, you can get those here.

Productive Ways To Spend Your Weekend

I laid in bed the other day and thought about what my day would consist of. I wanted to sleep all day due to my teenage habits, but my neighbor insisted on working on her roof at 7am! Needless to say I was out of bed by 9:00 due to not being able to fall back asleep. I decided I'd finally get around to cleaning my room, cooking a five-star meal, and watching rom-coms of christmas movie after christmas movie.

Despite my day only being productive in the fact of cleaning my room, I decided to make a list of productive things (to me) to do for the winter weekends ahead.

  1. Bake cookies
  2. Do homework thats been put off for about two weeks now
  3. Read that book I swore I would 2 years ago
  4. Make a christmas list
  5. Write a book
  6. Work on a blog (If you need some tips for that look at my previous post)
  7. Make christmas cards for friends and family
  8. Fill out scholarship applications (Perks of being a senior!)
  9. Call an old friend and catch up
  10. Start a fund raiser for community benefit (check out my fundraiser on gofundme)
  11. Write a letter to a loved one
  12. Go to the mall
